"GOLDEN TICKET METAL FIGHTING CLUB SUMMER 2025 EDITION"
Private Training Session with Oumar SY (UFC Athlete)
Article 1 – Organization
The company Metal Boxe, with its registered office at 5 rue Ferdinand Lassalle 31200 TOULOUSE, registered with the Toulouse RCS under number 478 071 079 00055, is organizing a contest entitled "Win a private training session with Oumar SY", which will take place from August 1st, 2025 to September 15th, 2025 inclusive or until a winner is designated (hereinafter "the Game Period"), on the website www.metal-boxe.com
Article 2 – Conditions of participation
Participation in this game is open to any adult residing in mainland France (including Corsica), excluding employees of the organizer and their families.
Participation is conditional on:
- a minimum amount of €40 incl. VAT, placed on the metal-boxe.fr website during the Game Period and as long as the Golden Ticket has not been won.
- The addition of the free item "Golden Ticket" to the order to indicate participation and acceptance of the contest rules.
Multiple participations are possible in case of multiple orders respecting the above conditions.
The winner agrees to be filmed and photographed during the training with Oumar Sy and agrees to transfer their image rights to the organizing company.
Article 3 – Prize
What's at stake:
· A private training session with Oumar SY, in a place and on a date according to the athlete's availability.
· The winner's round-trip travel expenses to Oumar SY's training location (based on invoice and up to €200 incl. VAT for the round trip). Travel by train will be prioritized.
· Complete equipment for the training session (Rashguard / Shorts / Tee / Gloves / Headguard / Shin & Instep Guards – estimated value €250 incl. VAT)
· A moment of camaraderie and exchange after the training with Oumar SY
The prize is nominative, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Article 4 – Winner selection
One order will be randomly chosen during the Game Period. The organizer will slip the Golden Ticket inside the package. The contest will end at that moment. The winner must contact Metal Boxe via the email address contact@metalboxe.fr by indicating their order number and sending a photo of the Golden Ticket.
Article 5 – Responsibilities
The organizing company cannot be held responsible in case of technical problems, loss or delay in data transmission, or unregistered participation for reasons beyond its control.
Article 6 – Personal data
Personal data collected as part of the game is processed in accordance with current legislation. It is intended solely for the organization of the game and the delivery of the prize. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by sending a request to [contact email].
Article 7 – Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
Article 8 – Modification or cancellation of the game
The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the game if circumstances require it, without its liability being incurred as a result.
